Creating the Tournament

We started creating the tournament last night. We developed some by-laws that will be posted soon on this blog. The idea is that we'll start with 64 restaurants and quickly whittle them down to 16. Then we'll go to each of the 16 restaurants, rate them, and continue to work our way toward 8, then 4, then 2 and finally, we'll determine which one is our favorite. More to come!
